This is a traditionally made pork sausage delicately seasoned with sage and then marinated in the multi award winning “T.E.A.”, Traditional English Ale, brewed by the Hogs Back Brewery, Tongham.

Pork (80%), Rusk, Tea Real Ale (7.5%), Seasoning, Sage. Rusk contains: Wheat Flour, Salt, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate. Seasoning contains: Salt, Wheat Flour, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Spices, Flavourings. Filled into natural pork casings. Allergens: Wheat, Gluten.
