This is a traditional pork sausage made using a delicate blend of herbs and seasoning to create a subtle yet distinct flavour. This sausage has won multiple regional and national awards including the National Branded Sausage of the Year.

Pork (80%), Rusk, Water, Seasoning, Sage. Rusk contains: Wheat Flour, Salt, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate. Seasoning contains: Salt, Wheat Flour, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Spices, Flavourings. Filled into natural pork casings. Allergens: Wheat, Gluten.
