What to do
The amazing British Roast in your hands.
Heat a griddle pan so it is nice and hot.
Drizzle a little oil over your sliced bread and toats in the griddle pan until golden brown and set aside.
Coat your steak evenly in the Szechuan seasoning and leave at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking.
In the same griddle pan add a little oil and cook your steak for 2 mintutes on each side. Start with a hot heat to brown the steak and then reduce tthe heat slightly, finish with butter and a squeeze of lemon to enrich.
Then remove the steak from the pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes. For a well-done steak cook for longer until firm and springy to the touch...
Mix the cream cheese with the horseradish and spread onto both pieces of your toast, add spinach leaves.
Thinly slice your steak and place on top of the spinach, close the sandwich and cut in half.
Enjoy with lots of crunchy roast potatoes.
